Freelance Computers offer a secure "Remote Support Service" which is carried out over the Internet, this allows
us to connect to your PC as if we were actually sitting in front of the PC in your home/office.

In order to allow us to connect to your PC securely you are required to run a small software application, which is
downloaded from our website and will look like the image to the right when running.

A box will appear asking you to "save" or "run" the software, choose "Run", once downloaded you will then be asked
again to "Run" the software which is supplied to us by Teamviewer, click run and then after about 10 - 20 seconds you
will be given a unique ID number which will allow us to connect to your PC.

This service is charged at £0.75p + VAT per minute which equates to the same £45.00 + VAT standard hourly rate.
