3. Account Responsibilities
3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3 You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use
4.1 You agree not to use the Free Plan for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to:
* Hosting or distributing malware, phishing content, or spam;
* Engaging in denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks;
* Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.
4.2 Cloudflare may suspend or terminate your access to the Free Plan if your usage breaches these Terms or endangers the security, integrity, or performance of our services.

5. Data and Privacy
5.1 Cloudflare processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudflare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the Free Plan.
9.2 In no event shall Cloudflare’s total liability exceed £0 (zero pounds), as the Free Plan is provided without charge.

10. Changes to Terms
10.1 Cloudflare may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Free Plan following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
