How to automatically convert JPEG photos when transferring your images to a Mac or a PC

  1. Go to ‘Settings‘ on your iPhone / iPad
  2. Click ‘Photos’ you might have to scroll down a bit to find this option
  3. Click ‘Automatic‘ It will be at the very bottom of the screen under Transfer to Mac or PC
  4. That’s it – all done!

Take JPEG pictures on your iPhone instead of HEIC

  1. Go to ‘Settings‘ on your iPhone / iPad
  2. Click ‘Camera’ you might have to scroll down a bit to find this option
  3. Click ‘Formats
  4. Click ‘Most Compatible‘ this will now shoot in JPEG
  5. To switch back HEIF format simply click on the ‘High Efficiency‘ option
  6. That’s it – all done!

CloudMail Email iPhone / iPad Setup

  1. Go to ‘Settings‘ on your devices
  2. Then ‘Mail
  3. Then ‘Accounts’
  4. Then click ‘Add Account
  5. Then choose ‘other
  6. Click on ‘Add Mail Account
  7. Enter your ‘Name‘ ‘Email Address‘ ‘Password‘ and ‘Description‘ then click ‘Next’
  8. Make sure it is set to ‘IMAP‘ (this is the default setting)
  9. Under ‘Incoming Mail Server‘ – ‘Host Name‘ enter: imap.cloudmail.email
  10. In the ‘User Name‘ enter your full email address (the password should already be filled in)
  11. Scroll down the page to ‘Outgoing Mail Server‘ – ‘Host Name‘ enter: smtp.cloudmail.email
  12. Under ‘User Name‘ enter your full email address and then enter your password in the ‘Password‘ field
  13. Click ‘Next
  14. It will now ‘Verify your account, if your settings have been entered correctly you will see a series of ‘ticks’ and then a screen with ‘Mail‘ and ‘Notes
  15. Click ‘Save
  16. That’s it – all done!

Microsoft Outlook Email Setup

This guide is assuming that you already have an Outlook profile and are simply adding this account to that profile

  1. Click on the File link within Outlook, then click on Add Account
  2. From the box that appears choose the option near the bottom Manual setup or additional server types then click Next
  3. You will then see a list of option, please choose POP or IMAP then click Next
  4. Enter Your Name and your Email Address
  5. Under account, type choose IMAP from the dropdown list (it will default to POP3)
  6. Under the Incoming mail server enter: exchange.emailservice.io
  7. Under the Outgoing mail server enter: exchange.emailservice.io
  8. Under the section login information please enter your full email address as the Username and the password for this account in the password section
  9. Now click on the button to the right called More Settings
  10. You will see a tab at the top called Outgoing Server click that and check the box My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
  11. Now click on the tab at the top called Advanced
  12. Under incoming server, you will see a drop down to the right Use the following type of encrypted connection choose SSL
  13. Under Outgoing server, you will see a drop down to the right Use the following type of encrypted connection‘ choose TLS
  14. Under the Outgoing server (SMTP): change the port to 587

  15. Now click the OK button
  16. Then the Next button
  17. Outlook will now try to connect to the server, if you have entered your details correctly you will see a green tick next to the incoming and outgoing server
  18. Click the Close button and then finally the Finish Button
  19. That’s it, all done!

  1. Go to ‘Settings‘ on your devices
  2. Then ‘Passwords & Accounts
  3. Then ‘Add Account
  4. To the right of the screen click ‘Other
  5. Click on ‘Add Mail Account
  6. Enter your ‘Name‘ ‘Email Address‘ ‘Password‘ and ‘Description‘ then click ‘Next

  16. Click onto ‘exchange.emailservice.io‘ under ‘Primary Server‘ and un-ckeck the button ‘Use SSL‘ this needs to be switched off.
  17. Click ‘Done‘ and it will verify again
  18. That’s it – all done!

Add Mailprotector Exchange+ 365 email account to your iPhone or iPad

  1. Go into Settings
  2. Scroll down to Mail
  3. On the right choose Accounts
  4. Click on Add Account
  5. Choose Microsoft Exchange
  6. Enter your Email address
  7. You can leave the description as Exchange or change it to something related to that account
  8. Click Next
  9. A pop-up will appear and you must choose Sign In, choose I.T or School Account if you are given the option (not Personal Account)
  10. A browser page will open asking you for your password, enter this and press Sign in
  11. Click on Save Password if prompted
  12. A screen will appear related to Permissions requested, click the Accept button
  13. Everything will now be verified if you have entered the correct email address and password
  14. Click on Save
  15. That’s it, all done!

How To Use The Out Of Office Assistant In Outlook

For Microsoft Outlook 365, Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013 and Outlook 2010

1) Click the File tab, and then click the Info tab in the menu

2) Click Automatic Replies (Out of Office)

3) In the Automatic Replies dialogue box, select the Send Automatic Replies check box

4} If you want to specify a set time and date range, select the Only send during this time range check box. Then set the Start time, and then set the End time.

5) In the Inside my organisation tab, type the message that you want to send within your organisation, and in the Outside my organisation tab, type the message that you want to send outside your organisation – normally the same for both.

6) Click OK.

Add Mailprotector Exchange+ 365 to Android Device

Please note that not all Android devices have the exact same layout but the setting are the same.

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap Accounts.
  3. Tap Add Account.
  4. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
  5. Enter your Email address and Password.
  6. If you see a Domain\Username field, enter your full email address.
    If Domain and Username are separate fields, enter your full email address in Username, and leave Domain blank.
  7. If you see a Server field, enter outlook.office365.com.
  8. Tap Next.
  9. To complete auto–configuration, tap OK.
  10. Select the Account options you want to use. Selecting a longer sync period will show you more calendar information and email, and require more memory.
  11. Tap Next.
  12. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync, to see the display name for your email account. You can change the display name, here.
  13. Tap Next, and you will see your inbox.

Clear Email Address From Auto-Complete

Microsoft Outlook will automatically provide a list of email addresses as you type them in the To: field when composing an email. If you want to clear this list, follow these steps.

You can delete individual email addresses from the Auto-Complete list by typing the email address into the To: field when composing an email.

When the address appears, select the “X” next to it and it will be removed.
