Clear Email Address From Auto-Complete

Microsoft Outlook will automatically provide a list of email addresses as you type them in the To: field when composing an email. If you want to clear this list, follow these steps.

You can delete individual email addresses from the Auto-Complete list by typing the email address into the To: field when composing an email.

When the address appears, select the “X” next to it and it will be removed.

Focused Inbox - Turn On / Off

Focused Inbox is only available for Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, and Outlook.com accounts.

  1. In Outlook, select the View tab
  2. Select Show Focused Inbox and toggle on or off

  1. Locate the Webroot icon in your system tray
  2. Right-click the system tray icon and select Shutdown Protection
  3. A prompt confirming whether you want to shut down appears. Click Yes
  4. You will then have to complete a CAPTCHA for confirmation as well
  5. That’s it all done!

When you next restart your PC, Webroot Anti-virus will be enabled again.

Change Mailprotector Password

Please note that you can only change your password from the online webmail system.

  1. Please click this link: CHANGE PASSWORD
  2. If multiple accounts exist and you are asked choose: Work or School Account created by your IT department
  3. Enter your Email address, then your Password
  4. You may be asked by your browser to Stay signed in? you can press Yes to this option
  5. You will now see a screen asking you to enter your Old password,  Create new passwordand  Confirm new password – the password must be a strong password as outlined on that page
  6. Press the green Submit button and your password will then be changed.
